The Me and Mine Project {November 2017}

November began with some late Halloween fun followed by a fab fireworks display and ended with some very early Christmas preparations. Lots of crisp sunny days has meant lots of outside time at the park and lots of time for Autumn scooting and biking. We also squeezed in a trip to the Theatre to see the Tiger who came to Tea and our annual pottery painting… (this year F managed to smash something on the way out of the shop) We had a very successful Christmas Tree breakfast and shopping trip with the grandparents and had it up and decorated before December even rolled around! If theres one thing we do well in the Howeshold its the magic, and the run up to Christmas is one of my favourite magical times..we may have even seen the big FC in November!

This month’s photo was taken on a freezing day when on the way down to our local beach. Brrrr…..

Love little G’s from in this! His head looks like a pumpkin!

This month I am loving crisp sunny days, dressing everybody up for Halloween, a little ghost, spider and pumpkin this year! Painting a Christmas bauble, making a family fingerprint plate to add to the collection, watching D get another swimming certificate! Getting into the Christmas spirit early at Enchanted Saltram..so magical!

Little D is loving swimming a whole 10m by herself! getting really fast on her balance bike, drawing amazing portrait pictures, writing to father christmas and posting it in the post box, her new unicorn swimming costume from Aunty G

Little F is loving dressing up as a spider, going on a miniature train to see Santa (followed by an epic tantrum after climbing out his cot and refusing to sleep!) watching the fireworks without ear defenders (he refused) afternoon sofa naps

Little G is loving perfecting his commando crawl (super quick now!) starting a new term at baby sensory, his first look at a Christmas tree and pulling off the decorations! Pulling off his socks allll….thee …timeee….

Mr H is loving watching Stranger things 2 and The Sinner, taking the big two for sneaky looks at the Christmas lights whilst little G had a swimming lesson, Enchanted Saltram and a cheeky Maccy Ds after,  doing some long runs with his apple Watch

{THE ORDINARY MOMENTS}#47 ‘Meeting the Big FC’

This was just one of those days when it all just worked out ok, little F napped when we wanted him to, nobody had a tantrum or a nappy disaster or threw up, everyone ate their lunch (more pasties as you do when in Cornwall) and we just had a fab family time at Eden meeting Santa, you can see in D’s little face she can’t quite believe its him! I Love these photos we took in Eden cafe before we met the big man, you can’t really see but my bump is enormous and making a perfect  seat and everyone just looks so happy in the moment soaking up the Christmas atmosphere.
