The Me and Mine Project {November 2017}

November began with some late Halloween fun followed by a fab fireworks display and ended with some very early Christmas preparations. Lots of crisp sunny days has meant lots of outside time at the park and lots of time for Autumn scooting and biking. We also squeezed in a trip to the Theatre to see the Tiger who came to Tea and our annual pottery painting… (this year F managed to smash something on the way out of the shop) We had a very successful Christmas Tree breakfast and shopping trip with the grandparents and had it up and decorated before December even rolled around! If theres one thing we do well in the Howeshold its the magic, and the run up to Christmas is one of my favourite magical times..we may have even seen the big FC in November!

This month’s photo was taken on a freezing day when on the way down to our local beach. Brrrr…..

The Me and Mine Project {October 2017}

October has been a super busy month full of welly walks, winter beach trips, baby milestones ..sitting up and commando crawling, Woodlands trip, swimming milestones 5 whole metres! first hair cuts, bikes rides, new bobble hats, ย Mr H went to Canada, a whollleeee loaddd of pumpkin fun and an ice skating trip at Eden! No wonder we are all knackered!

This month’s photo was taken on a VERY grey day at the beach, little F is in full terrible twos mode and absolutely refusing to pose for a photo ( do ANYTHING we ask..) so Mr H has gone for the hang him upside down and he will laugh for a photo pose!

{THE ORDINARY MOMENTS}#42 ‘A spooky weekend’

A Pumpkin day followed by a Halloween party has made for a great weekend. ย LOVE that D chose her own costume this year and really got into the spirit of making silly faces for the photos. We did have a mini melt down between the pumpkin carving and worm digging because, lets face it, life with a one year old and three year doesn’t always go so smoothly but all the fun we have is definitely worth the odd tantrum! Little F looks like a little angel fast asleep in the pushchair ย and I just love our family selfie (minus F who was already in bed!)
